If you are staying at Camp and cannot check in between 3-5pm, please reach out to Caroline and Ben.

4 pm: Pre-Dinner Activities

Meet us on the fields for games! Dress code: Athletic Wear.

6:15 pm: Welcome Dinner

All are welcome, please confirm attendance when you RSVP. We will start with opening speeches followed by dinner, drinks and dessert. Dress code: Smart/Dressy Casual, those not staying at Camp will be given a place to change.

8 pm: Bonfire

Will conclude at 10pm. Dress code: Comfy Clothes - those not staying at Camp will be given a place to change.

9am: Breakfast at Camp

For those staying at Camp, concludes at 10am. Coffee service begins at 8am.

10 am: Open Camp Activities

Feel free to take advantage of Camp! Guests are encouraged to play on the fields, swim, and enjoy all the amenities Camp has to offer! We ask that all activities conclude at 3pm to prepare for the Ceremony.

3:30 pm: Shuttle from Hampton Inn Waterville to Camp.

4 pm: Guests to be seated at Ceremony.

4:15 pm: Ceremony.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal or Formal.

4:45 pm: Cocktail Hour

5:45 pm: Reception

Ends at 10pm

10 pm: Shuttle #1 back to Hampton Inn Waterville.

10:15 pm: Bonfire

Dress code: Comfy Clothes - those not staying at Camp will be given a place to change and store their items.

11:30 pm: Shuttle # 2 back to Hampton Inn Waterville.

9 am: Send-off Breakfast

For those staying at Camp, concludes at 10am. Coffee service begins at 8am.

11:30 am: Check-Out
